Interview with Women’s Calendar: Linking Cannabis and Wellness

“The definition of living well has transformed over time just as I have. When I first stepped into the understanding of living well it was from the perspective of a massage therapist, it meant taking care of my body – getting services, stretching, sleeping to ensure I could perform my craft. Next, it meant incorporating green and organic aspects which led me to co-own an organic spa.Today as a mom, entrepreneur, and so many other titles – living well has come to mean self-care. I take time for myself; simple deep breaths before diving into the next project. A day at the spa, walks along the beach, thought-provoking conversations with friends, and outings with my son.

Living well has come to mean creating the space and time for ourselves between all the things that we have to do.”

Very good blog! Do you have any suggestions for aspiring writers? I’m hoping to start my own blog soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you recommend starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m completely overwhelmed .. Any recommendations? Kudos!

Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.

Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!

Hi! I realize this is somewhat off-topic however I needed to ask. Does managing a well-established blog like yours require a massive amount work? I am completely new to operating a blog but I do write in my diary everyday. I’d like to start a blog so I can easily share my own experience and feelings online. Please let me know if you have any kind of ideas or tips for brand new aspiring bloggers. Thankyou!

Woah! I’m really enjoying the template/theme of this site.

It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s
very hard to get that “perfect balance” between superb usability and visual appeal.
I must say you’ve done a excellent job with this. Also, the blog loads very quick for me
on Internet explorer. Exceptional Blog! http://antiibioticsland.com/Augmentin.htm
