A recognized as a leading expert in the creation and execution of training programs to assist the development of optimal staff performance, Sherrie Tennesee provides a range of unique and executive-grade educational program platforms and credited with strong operational and professional improvement.

Ms. Sherrie Tennessee, completing a Doctoral of Business Administration and holds a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Ms. Tennessee has been in the beauty wellness industry for eighteen years and was the co-owner of ReNew Organic Day Spa. ReNew was a premier organic day spa in Baltimore, Maryland and received several awards including Best Spa City Paper 2007, Best Green Spa Baltimore Magazine 2007, and Best Massage Therapist, Baltimore Magazine 2008. Ms. Tennessee is a graduate of Steiner Education Group in Baltimore, Maryland a Licensed Massage Therapist, Nail Tech, former Spa Management Professor at Johnson and Wales University, and Continuing Education Provider with NCBTMB. As the Group Education manager at Sandals Resorts International, Red Lane Spas Sherrie launched the Red Lane Institute to provided US-based training to the therapist in the Caribbean. Sherrie published her first book in 2016; How to Open a Day Spa:31-Day Guide. Sherrie is a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) and Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT) with the American Hotel and Lodging Education Institute – AHLEI. Sherrie was the Director of Spa and Wellness at Mandarin Oriental in Washington, DC. Ms. Tennessee is currently a Progam Director for a Hospitality and Tourism Management for University in Maryland.
